Finding a reliable plumber or electrician in Sri Lanka has long meant asking around, hoping the price is fair and having no one to turn to when the work falls short. Inflated quotes, unverified workers and zero accountability were simply the norm.
Topqer was built to change that. We are not a directory of phone numbers. We are a managed intermediary that oversees the full lifecycle of a job: request, on-site inspection, itemised quote, escrow-protected work, secure payment and post-service review.
Incorporated in February 2026 and headquartered in Jaffna, we are launching in Colombo with eight service categories and a professional network we have verified ourselves.
